Well, since you were curious enough to come to this page I'll share a little about myself. Let me know if you get bored, I'll stop...
I've often wondered about what I'd eventually say about myself in this situation and now that I'm actually facing it I'm speechless (or more appropriately, I'm suffering from "writer's block").
I live in Sellersville, PA which is outside of Philadelphia, PA.
I have a degree in Business Administration from Temple University and majored in Computer and Information Science. I really hated the business part of the program and loved the CIS part. Of course I found time for fun during my studies and joined the Omega Chapter of The International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi at Temple. Delta Sig is a business fraternity and well... I won't go into it, but I suggest that you check out their home page for the full scoop. I also meet and made some the best friends that anyone could hope to have. Some of them even have home pages of their own, like my friends and fellow Delta Sigs, John Carsley and Dave "The Player" Craig.
I did all the usual stuff at Temple, ya'know DRINK, PARTY, study, DRINK, study, DRINK, DRINK, PARTY, study... and afterwards when I sobered up I managed to graduate. Since then, the year was 1986 by the way, I've been amusing myself and trying to keep busy with hobbies, friends, family, and working.
I have been working in the Information Technology for over fifteen years, and I really enjoy it! I've held serveral fun and challenging positions as a developement programer, systems analyst, technical support specialist, Quality Assurance tester, project leader, and development manager. My experience with programing languages is mainly in 4GL programing languages and relational databases, Oracle, Sybase, RDB, and Passport. I've also worked with C, FORTRAN, Pascal, PERL, and assembly languages. Check out my resume which goes into all the gritty details about my varied career.
